White Bean Chicken Chili

One of my favorite quick and easy meals during winter is white bean chicken chili. It’s not too heavy, like meat chili can be, but it still does a great job of warming you up on chilly winter evenings. So without further ado, here’s my white bean chicken chili recipe (modified from an allrecipes.com recipe):

Ingredients
~1 lb of cooked chicken breast
About a cup and a half of chicken broth
1 onion
2-3 cloves garlic
Can of corn, drained
1-2 cans of white beans, drained (depending on how hearty you want your chili)
A hot green peller
